what we do not.

Who is asking

Depthcrafts is a visualization studio founded and operated by Çağatay Okutan, based at Konutkent Mahallesi 3028. Cadde, Kule EVO, Çankaya, Ankara,Türkiye. We decide what happens to the information described here, which makes us the data controller for it.

For anything on this page, including deletion requests, write toinfo@depthcrafts.com. It reaches a person, not a ticketing system.

Cookies and analytics

Nothing is loaded from Google, and no cookie is set, unless you press Allow on the banner. Not a script, not a silent cookieless ping. Decline and no request to any third party is made at all, which is why the banner appears before anything happens rather than after.

If you do accept, Google Analytics sets these:

• _ga and _ga_<id>, which give your browser a random identifier so a second visit is not counted as a second person. They expire after two years.

We use it to see which projects people actually look at and which pages they leave from. Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off explicitly in the configuration, so nothing here feeds an advertising profile, and we run no advertising pixels of any kind.

You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie choice link in the footer of every page. It clears the stored answer, deletes the analytics cookies, and asks again. Declining is one press and does not degrade anything about the site.

The lawful basis for analytics is your consent, and nothing more is claimed. Two things remain true regardless of what you choose: we never sell, rent or trade personal information, and the fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so simply loading a page tells nobody else that you were here.

If you use the contact form

We store what you typed: your name, email address, and your message, plus company, service and budget where you filled them in. We use it to answer you and, if the work goes ahead, to run the project.

We also store your browser's user-agent string with the message. It helps diagnose a submission that arrives broken. It is not used to identify you.

The lawful basis is that you asked us to get in touch, and answering an enquiry about our services is our legitimate interest as a business.

If you were sent a feedback link

The page at /feedback is a private link we send to clients we have already worked with. It is not listed on this site and is excluded from search engines. It collects your name, company, position, your written feedback and, if you upload one, a photograph of you.

The lawful basis here is your consent, given by ticking the box on that form. The exact wording you agreed to is stored alongside your submission, word for word, so that what you permitted can never be reconstructed from a later version of the text. The current wording is version 2026-08-01.v2.

Nothing you submit is published automatically. A person reads it, may shorten it for length, and decides whether to use it. You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing us, and that removes the words and the photograph together.

While you are filling that form in, your browser keeps a draft on your own device so a closed tab does not lose your work. It stays on your device, is never sent to us separately, and is erased the moment you submit.

Stopping floods without keeping a visitor log

Both forms limit how many submissions can come from one network connection in an hour, which needs some way to recognise repeat requests. We derive a scrambled key from your network address for that purpose.

That key is deliberately stored in a separate table that is joined to nothing, so it cannot be tied back to your name or your message, and every entry is deleted within an hour. We do not keep a log of who visited this site or when.

Who else touches it

We keep the number of companies involved as small as we practically can.

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the submissions, in their database and file storage products. They process it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
• Resend delivers the notification email that tells us a submission arrived, where that is switched on. The email contains what you sent.
• Google receives your visit through Google Analytics, and only if you accepted the banner. Google acts as our processor for that, and may transfer the data outside your country. If you declined, Google receives nothing.

That is the entire list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no customer relationship platform.

How long we keep it

Project enquiries

Kept while we are in contact and for 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you started last year. Deleted after that unless you became a client, in which case it belongs to the project record.

Client feedback and photos

Kept until you ask us to remove them. Nothing is published without the permission you gave when you submitted it, and withdrawing that permission removes both the words and the photograph.

Analytics, if you allowed it

Held by Google for 14 months, the shortest retention their platform offers, and then deleted. Your consent choice itself is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.

Flood-protection keys

Deleted automatically within one hour. They are stored apart from your submission and are not linked to it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where we relied on your consent, you can withdraw it, and that withdrawal does not affect anything already done lawfully beforehand.

Email info@depthcrafts.com and we will act on it. We will not ask you to explain why, and we will not make it difficult.

We are based in Türkiye, so Turkish data protection law (KVKK) applies. Where you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR or the GDPR applies to your information as well, and you have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority if you think we have handled it badly. We would rather you told us first.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly broaden what we do with information you have already given us.
